Louis Vuitton has been busy as of late developing its tech-focused line of accessories. Unveiled at the same time as its wireless Horizon earphones, the second generation of Louis Vuitton Tambour Horizon smartwatches are here.
Powered by Wear OS by Google, and running the Snapdragon Wear 3100 platform, the new Tambour Horizon watch features a 42mm case and adorns a number of LV’s iconic logos and motifs. Made to enhance the wearer’s daily life, the smartwatch encompasses a “My Travel” itinerary watch face function, a “LV City Guide” app, agenda/calendar app, a fitness app, and even a special “Pollution” function that monitors air quality. Although the Tambour Horizon will need to be charged daily, it does come with a special watch mode that gives it up to five days of battery life.
Available in polished steel, matte black PVD, matte brown PVD, white ceramic, and white ceramic with gem-set horns, the price of the watch is priced from $2,250 USD – $8,500 USD.
