DaBoii Reflects on Lost Loves for the Sade-Sampling "No Hard Feelings"

Continuing to cement his position as the SOB x RBE crew’s strongest lyricist, DaBoii serves up another impressive solo effort titled “No Hard Feelings.”
DaBoii’s first new track since his November 2018 full-length project Neva Lookin Back, “No Hard Feelings” finds the Vallejo hometown-hero reflecting on past lost-loves over soulfully-smooth production from producer BVBY GEE. Most notably, the aforementioned beatsmith’s interpolation of Sade’s “Sweetest Taboo” and its melodies gives DaBoii the perfect platform to reflect and explore his emotional side.
“I gave you the world, you’d be a liar if you say I didn’t,” DaBoii raps. “Kicked you to the curb, girl you tripping if you say I’m trippin’/ What about them times you say you loved me and I never listened / But my love is real — no it’s not, I’m just reminiscing.”
