PUMA & Atelier New Regime Add Winterized Accents to the Ren Boot
Part of a larger motorsport-inspired FW18 collection.
PUMA and streetwear imprint Atelier New Regime are on the verge of releasing their collaborative motorsport-inspired Fall/Winter 2018 collection and have decided to tease images of the range’s first item. Scheduled to drop early next month, the duo take aim at the sportswear giant’s Ren Boot, applying a rash of winterized accents.
The platform-style midsole, laces and collar, sports a distinct snow-camo print, adding visual depth to the base’s beige-hued upper region. Functionality is also taken a step further with the inclusion of a removable ankle guard, adjustable ski boot-like binding and snug neoprene inner sock — all of which does well to add sound utilitarian properties to the silhouette’s rugged streetwear semblance. Although price has still yet to be confirmed, the collaborative Ren Boot ANR will make its debut on October 6 through PUMA’s online shop and physically at select PUMA carriers.
