Despite the circumstances very much stacked against it, Kevin Gates has officially dropped By Any Means 2 – his new mixtape. The rapper — currently in prison on battery charges – has his wife, Dreka, to thank for the 14-track project’s release, after Gates promised his fans more music despite his incarceration.
The mixtape has only one feature — from PnB Rock — and includes Gates’s latest single, “What If.” You can listen to By Any Means 2 now via Spotify below. The last time we heard Gates, he was appearing on the DJ Kay Slay-helmed “Cold Summer,” which also featured Kendrick Lamar and Mac Miller.
