Justin Timberlake Will Reportedly Perform 2018 Super Bowl Halftime Show
His first appearance since the infamous Janet Jackson “wardrobe malfunction.”

According to reports, Justin Timberlake “is finalizing” an agreement to perform at the 2018 Super Bowl halftime show set to take place on February 4 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The 36-year-old singer is infamously tied to the “wardrobe malfunction” that occurred in 2004 when he and Janet Jackson performed together at the Super Bowl XXXVIII Halftime Show and this would be his first time performing at the halftime show since the incident.
It’s worth noting that because of the nipple slip, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) implemented new policies including a five-second broadcast delay for live performances in order to make sure nothing like that would ever happen again. Whether or not Timberlake will be joined by surprise performers is anyone’s guess. Stay tuned for more information as we also wait for a potential new project between JT, Pharrell and Timbaland.
