Earlier this year, Baauer released his debut album, Aa with guests from Future to M.I.A to G-Dragon to Pusha T to Rizal to Novelist to Leikeli47. He did a some TV, Coachella, Fuji Rock, he made some award winning videos and found himself in ad campaigns for the Super Bowl, The Olympics and Euro 2016 – then sold out the US album tour. True to form – the quiet Harry Rodrigues disappeared off socials throughout much of the noise – spending his time between dates back in Brooklyn making a clutch of new dance music.
