TDE's Punch Shares New Single, "40 Years"
The TDE prezzy gets back in the musical mix.
Following the success of ScHoolBoy Q and Isaiah Rashad’s respective new albums new album, TDE’s own Punch looks to fill in the gaps with his own new record that pays homage his hometown of Watts, CA. Titled “40 Years,” the song tells the story of a man who survived the madness of his city and made something of himself.
“This song is dedicated to the 40 something year civil war that has ripped Watts CA, apart,” Punch says. “A war between families divided by the train tracks. My heart goes out to all of us who have lost someone due to this war.”
