After resurfacing last month with new canvas construction and two clean, monochromatic colorways, Nike Sportswear’s six-inch nod to Bill Bowerman’s military service — the Swoosh founder was a part of the 10th Mountain Division during World War II — is back with yet another makeover. This time around the kicks get a rework courtesy of longtime collaborator, and fellow Oregonian, Pendleton. Here, the brand’s iconic red, yellow, and green-striped wool handles paneling throughout the upper while the rest of the boot gets a premium edge thanks to white leather construction throughout. Finally, a matching white sole unit caps off the look.
Joined by a matching take on the Benassi JDI Slide, the Pendleton x Nike SFB 6″ for 2016 is already available via Tokyo’s atmos and will make its way to additional NSW spots in time for the holidays.
