Mac Miller Delivers a Flurry of Bars for "Inertia" Freestyle Video

With just a couple days to go until Mac Miller’s forthcoming studio album Swimming hits retailers and streaming services, the 26-year-old superstar has decided to cook up a new freestyle to hold over fans until Friday.

Even though the self-produced “Inertia” wasn’t created for inclusion on Mac Miller‘s Swimming LP, it’s definitely a strong enough contender for a mixtape cut or single. For those seeking more standard, lyrically-sharp hip-hop from Mac’s side, this should definitely keep you coming back for multiple replays.

You can check out Mac Miller’s “Inertia” freestyle video above, while Swimming is scheduled to arrive this Friday, August 3. Later this year, Mac Miller, Thundercat and J.I.D. will also head out on the Swimming North American tour.

Late last month, Mac Miller linked up with Thundercat, Syd and Snoop Dogg for the undeniably-funky “What’s the Use?”
