Back in May, Mac Miller shared his first major solo releases since 2016: “Buttons,” “Programs” and “Small Worlds.” Now, the 26-year-old is back with plans for his next studio album.

Known as Swimming, Mac Miller’s forthcoming LP is scheduled to arrive on August 3. Details concerning the album’s other specifics are scarce, but Mac did accompany its announcement with a unique animated visual and a preview of new music. Swimming will serve as the follow-up to Mac Miller’s previous and fourth official studio album, 2016’s The Divine Feminine.
