As well as recently unveiling its Fall/Winter 2018 collection, Helmut Lang has also revealed a collaboration with Turner Prize-winning artist Jeremy Deller. Fresh from working with Gucci and Frieze, Deller has created a capsule of hoodies in three different shades of Pantone pink, a color that is an important park of Deller’s life and work.
Each hoodie will feature small patches inspired by Deller’s favorite artworks. These specially-designed patches explore the theme of “public versus private” and are positioned inside the hoodie, meaning that they can be flashed to friends, viewed inside the hood, left as a personal secret or the hoodie can be worn inside out. The Jeremy Deller collaboration will release via the Helmut Lang web store on August 7.
In other fashion news, CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC recently launched pre-orders for its Fall/Winter 2018 fireman-inspired pieces.
