Paterson’s FW18 Range Is a Nostalgic Throwback to ‘80s-Era Ski Bum Style

New Jersey-based streetwear imprint Paterson returns to showcase its brand new Fall/Winter 2018 lookbook, delivering a fresh batch cold-weather wares. Aptly named “Ski Paterson,” the latest round of seasonal staples touch upon ski bum styling sensitivities prevalent throughout much of the ‘70s and ‘80s. What ensues is a colorful range of pieces that borrow from the brand’s unique sportswear-inspired language, with rugby jersey-style pullovers, hoodies, joggers and caps well represented.
Key pieces include the shearling-lined Glissade half-zip hooded pullover, the full-on burgundy tracksuit complete with overlapping gold-hued branding, as well as the reversible vest featuring a color-blocked pattern on one side with a provocative “ski bunny” image on the other. The full Paterson FW18 collection is now up for grabs through the brand’s online shop.
In other key style news, Christophe Lemaire’s Uniqlo U returns with a sophisticated Fall/Winter 2018 collection.
