Christophe Lemaire reunites with Uniqlo for a mature Uniqlo U Fall/Winter 2018 collection. Comfortable, warm textiles join with loose cuts to create a blend of contemporary design language and timeless comfort.

Warm hues like red and fuchsia are at the heart of the range, symbolizing the upcoming change in the leaves and seasons, with plenty of muted neutrals for effortless mixing and matching capabilities. Lemaire’s understated craftsmanship plays out in the form of subtle twists on staple pieces, like wide hoodies for complete head coverage, fleece outerwear cut with dolman sleeves and BLOCKTECH-infused coats sporting hem slits to avoid bunched-up layers. The oversized puffer jackets, boxy tees and slouchy turtlenecks are balanced expertly by wide-legged, high-rise trousers, creating cohesive seasonal styling.

The new Uniqlo U collection hits Uniqlo’s web store and New York 5th Avenue flagship on September 13, before it sees wider release on September 14.
