clothsurgeon paid homage to his favorite band, N.E.R.D. in the best way he knows how, by designing special one-of-one pieces for each member. Although each item receives N.E.R.D.-related text and imagery, including the phrase “NO_ONE EVER REALLY DIES,” as well as the Star Track emblem and hand signal, the similarities, however, end there.
The noted custom artist fashioned the coral-colored Type 2 jacket for Pharrell, featuring his name embroidered right on the sleeve hem, while Chad received the revere-collared floral bowling shirt. Last but not least, we see the bright orange ripstop utility vest created specifically for Shae. N.E.R.D.’s commemorative designs are not for sale, however, be sure to visit clothsurgeon’s website for other custom creations.
