Alongside Francis and the Lights who will tour together next month.
With Chance the Rapper on the mic, Francis Starlite with the backup vocals and Peter Cottontale on the piano, the Good Morning America studio in New York City instantly became a church. The trio performed the Chicago-born rapper’s collaborative Coloring Book song with Francis and the Lights called “Summer Friends” on the TV show this morning. Chance also sat down with host Robin Roberts to talk creative inspirations, his musical tribute to Muhammad Ali at the ESPYs, and being one of the featured artists in President Obama’s official summer music playlist.
