Beyoncé and JAY-Z File Lawsuit to Combat Fake Merchandise
Fake merch anywhere near the venue will be seized.

Set to go on tour, the Carters JAY-Z and Beyonće have filed and won a lawsuit preventing bootleggers from peddling fake merchandise. Currently performing their worldwide “On the Run II” tour, the company behind the duo’s merch filed a restraining order ahead of a Boston show on August 5.
This will allow the police to take fake merch from bootleggers on the spot if found between six hours before and three hours after any performance of the tour within a five miles radius of the venue.
If you haven’t yet heard, Beyoncé’s September Vogue cover will be shot by a black photographer—a first in the magazine’s history.
