1017 ALYX 9SM Drops "Relentless" FW18 Collection
The chest rigs are back.
1017 ALYX 9SM returns for Fall/Winter 2018 with a fresh range of goods. Dubbed “Relentless,” the line is a natural complement to the women’s “RAINMAKER” line, as both offer bags attached to trim layering pieces, bomber jackets and plenty of buckled attachments.
Collaborative Mackintosh coats utilize the extra storage space, balancing functionality with style thanks to slimmed fits and muted colors. Collarless wool coats and fuzzy jackets make for guaranteed winter warmth, while tactical vests allow for extra layering and emphasize the brand’s technical influence. Tailored set-ups appear throughout, executed in matching leather or custom jacquard pin stripe wool, fulfilling a contemporary aesthetic that serves to underline how intentionally bulky the accessories are. An array of chest rigs, rollercoaster belt buckles, caps and harnesses make up some of the core accessories, with collaborative ROA boots balancing the hefty layers, simultaneously granting the range an extra militaristic edge.
