Vitsœ Announces Exhibition Looking at People's Emotional Attachment to Products
As part of London Design Week.

UK-based design label Vitsœ has announced plans for a new exhibition looking at the relationship between people and product as part of this year’s London Design Week. Titled “A Sense of Belongings: Exploring how an Object Becomes Treasured,” the exhibit will focus on people’s emotional attachment to certain products and how that can ensure that these objects las as long as possible.
The exhibition is set to feature a number of historic designs – ranging from a lid opened produced in the mid ’90s to a homemade toasting fork — which have been lent by the brand’s customers and chosen due to their emotional attachment. ”A Sense of Belongings” is set to open at Vitsœ’s London store on September 15 and will run until October 6.
