ScHoolboy Q's "JoHn Muir" Music Video Shows Us One Crazy Day in South Central
The car-cam captures all.
ScHoolboy Q’s newly released Blank Face LP has been getting some solid reviews as of late. Building on the strength of the sophomore project’s recently dropped singles such as “THat Part” with Kanye West and “Black Thoughts (Pt.3),” the TDE rapper follows up with visuals for his “JoHn Muir” track. Here we see a day in the life of some young gentlemen driving around the streets of South Central — Q himself does not appear in the video. The story is a pretty poignant expression of what life is like in the inner city streets of Los Angeles. We see the young gents encounter everything from police chases, drug deals and just some good ol’ time hangin’ out with some friends. The ending has a somewhat unexpected outcome so stay tuned throughout the whole video to see the twist.
ScHoolboy Q’s Blank Face LP is out now. Watch the visuals above and let us know in the comments if you think this is one of the best rap videos to come out as of late.
