The Shoe Surgeon Remixes Nike's React Element 87 in Buttery Leather

Nike‘s eagerly awaited React Element 87 just released, but fans of the silhouette have much more to look forward to. Along with a slew of official new colorways dropping in the future, The Shoe Surgeon has prepared a bespoke iteration of the much-lauded new silhouette. Retaining the lightweight textured midsole of the original, The Shoe Surgeon’s iteration sports supple grain leather from the heel to the toe, with a Swoosh to match. Suede appears on the tongue, matching the brown pull-tab in tone and texture. Aside from the premium upgrade, the sneakers are strikingly similar to the originals, down to the exposed stitching and seams towards the rear.
Expect the new custom kicks to hit The Shoe Surgeon’s website on July 14 at 7AM PST.
