A Nike Air More Uptempo Inspired by the Italian Flag Is on Its Way
A new take on the classic sneaker.
Nike‘s iconic Air More Uptempo silhouette, made famous by basketball legend Scottie Pippen, will soon arrive dressed as the Italian flag.
Sporting the famous colors of green, white and red, sneaker insiders @J23app has just shared a first look at the potential upcoming colorway of the on-court classic. The upper has been split into three sections, each taking on one color of the Italian flag. Green hits the letter “A” on the heel, while white is featured in the middle covering “I.” Finally, red covers the sneaker’s toe box and the letter “R.” Lastly, a white Swoosh can be found on the heel and toe box, while a smaller green Swoosh takes the lower medial heel counter.
So far no official release notes have been dropped for the Nike Air More Uptempo “Italy,” but keep it locked here for more details.
