Kanye West Names Dennis Rodman One of His "Biggest Inspirations"
Rodman has also publicly endorsed Donald Trump.
Kanye West has described former basketball player Dennis Rodman as one of his “biggest inspirations” after he received a signed jersey. Sharing a photo of Rodman’s 91 jersey from his days at Chicago Bulls, West thanked him for the gift and paid tribute to him for “always breaking barriers with independent thought.”
It isn’t clear what “independent thought” West is referencing, but Rodman has become known for his friendship with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un since retiring from basketball, as well as publicly endorsing Donald Trump — saying “Donald Trump has been a great friend for many years” in his statement about his decision.
