This Alicante Home Is the Perfect Way to Do Coastal Living

The latest space to catch our eye is this family home created by architects Estudio Arn Arquitectos. Based in Alicante, the 326 sq. meter space uses a sculptural stone volume with exposed reinforced concrete throughout. The house overlooks a pool and also adds an indoor barbecue area that’s next to the dining space.
Inside the home continuity is kept by using stoneware flooring that extends to the outside, while using iroko wood slats to cover parts of the building. The sleeping area are based on the north side of the building in order to avoid morning sunlight while still keeping the spaces well lit.
