Cardi B Pulls out of Bruno Mars' '24k Magic' World Tour
As advised by doctors.
It looks like Cardi B will not be joining Bruno Mars for the upcoming North American leg of his ‘24K Magic’ world tour. The chart-topping rapper took to social media on Thursday night (July 26) to make the announcement, stating that she hasn’t recovered enough from the childbirth to go on tour. Her doctor also advised against taking her newborn on the trek with her. Bruno Mars has shown support in her decision, saying in a statement that family and health is the most important thing. The “Versace on the Floor” singer also says that he will play Cardi’s “Bodak Yellow” to the audience every night
Cardi B is not the only big artist to switch up her touring plans. Recently, Lauryn Hill pushed back and cancelled several ‘Miseducation‘ 20th anniversary tour dates due to “unforeseen production issues.” Drake and Migos also pushed back dates for their ‘Aubrey & The Three Amigos’ tour. See Cardi B and Bruno Mars’ statements below.
