Bang & Olufsen and Sotheby's Auction Off Five Ultra-Sleek BeoSound 1 Speakers

Sotheby’s is auctioning five special colored Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 1 speakers in a celebration of art of design. The five exclusive speakers are available in grey, tan, orange, maroon, and pink anodized aluminum that went through extensive trials and errors back in 2016 when they were made. These one-of-a-kind Wi-Fi speakers will be auctioned online on Sotheby’s website for somewhere between $3,000 USD and $5,000 USD. That’s double and triple the amount of the original $1,495 USD prices.
