To coincide with the concluding stages of the 2018 World Cup, adidas Football has announced the return of its Predator Accelerator boot. Originally released in 1999 with only 999 boots available, the boot became one adidas’ most iconic silhouettes, worn by David Beckham and Zinedine Zidane amongst others.
The Predator Accelerator comes in an “Electricity” colorway, with a bright yellow upper and black three-stripes while the signature fold-over tongue comes in red. Similar to the first release, the boot will drop in limited-edition numbers as only 1999 pairs are made available. The Predator Accelerator will also come in “Street” and “Cage” versions. Take a look at the Predator Accelerator in the gallery above, and head over to the adidas Football web store to pick up a limited-edition pair.
