SEGA's Returning 'Shenmue' Titles Finally Get a Release Date
The action-adventure Dreamcast classic has returned.
Following the announcement of both titles being available for all major home consoles, SEGA has revealed Shenmue I & II’s HD Collection will be released later this summer. This two-game remaster is available for pre-order on the Microsoft Store for $30 USD, each featuring an updated user interface, scalable screen resolutions, PC graphics options, Japanese audio, as well as a modern and classic control scheme.
Moreover, players will be able to choose between English and Japanese voice options. Shenmue I and II originally came to North America in 2000 and 2002, respectively, and now the HD collection for both titles will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One & PC on August 21.
