Arcade Fire's Will Butler Shares Independence Day Themed "Anything You Want" Track
“It wasn’t written for the 4th of July, but it feels appropriate.”

During a tour stop in London with Arcade Fire, Will Butler decided to unleash a new “pretty rough demo.” The 34-year-old indie rock musician took to Twitter to release the new festive track. “It’s about George Washington, and my family, and America,” Butler wrote. “It wasn’t written for the 4th of July, but it feels appropriate.” The song also samples rock ‘n’ roll singer Roy Orbison’s 1989 hit “You Got It.” Butler has been on tour with his older brother Win Butler, sister-in-law Régine Chassagne, and the rest of the Arcade Fire crew as they trek through Europe for six shows.
