The Good Will Out and Diadora Team Up for Another Roman Empire Inspired Sneaker
Named after the Roman senate and people.

The Good Will Out‘s recent Roman Empire-inspired collaboration with Diadora is one of the summer’s most interesting joint efforts. The German retailer and Italian sportswear brand have reunited to release a third sneaker in the pack. The “SPQR” N9000, as it has been dubbed, takes its name from the initials of the Latin words for the “Roman Senate and People,” an expression that articulated the power and beauty of the ancient civilization, and comes on the back of sneakers named after Caligula and Nero, two Roman Emperors.
The “SPQR” comes with a brown upper and metallic gold toe-box, while the sneaker has a lighter shade of brown on the sides, beige heel, and a red and white sole. There is also gold branding with the “SPQR” letters sitting next to The Good Will Out’s initials on the pair’s heels.
The “SPQR” N9000 is dropping on July 8 at The Good Will Out’s Cologne store and the I Love Tokyo store in Rome, but the release is strictly limited to 300 pairs, so you’ll have to be quick.
