SZA Reveals That Her Voice Is Not Permanently Damaged
Welcome back.
After news that her voice was “permanently injured” — and the promise of the “best doctors” from TDE — SZA has now announced that her voice is permanently damaged. Tweeting about the news, the artist revealed that an “incredible team” of doctors and vocal technicians had been working to help her vocal chords recover over recent weeks.
As well as thanking medical professionals for their help, SZA also tweeted her thanks to everyone who had wished her a quick recovery and announced that she has “been working daily to get back. Slowly but surely.” SZA celebrated the news with an appearance at the Firefly festival in Delaware. You can read her tweets about the news below, and keep an eye out for new tour dates in the future.
