This year’s BET Awards received a special message from Meek Mill. The Philly native — sporting a hoodie with the late XXXTentacion and Jimmy Wopo — took the stage with Miguel to perform the new track “Stay Woke.” Shedding light on the wrongdoings of the justice system and issues within today’s society, the duo tell a powerful story throughout the performance as actors and actresses help carry on the strong narrative.
