Kanye West was serious when he said he was venturing into architecture back in May. Today, we offer a first look at one of ‘Ye’s inaugural YEEZY Home projects — the Social Housing Project.
Staying true to Kanye’s aim to “make the world better,” this low-income housing scheme is intended to be constructed of prefabricated concrete components that offer affordable living quarters with a similar design aesthetic to the YEEZY Studio in Calabasas. The structure’s design team consists of West, Jalil Peraza, Petra Kustrin, Nejc Škufca and Vadik Marmeladov.
