Michael Peña’s Luis Plays Third Wheel in Latest 'Ant-Man and the Wasp' Teaser
Tries to join the duo in saving the world.
As Ant-Man and the Wasp‘s release date nears, more and more teasers have been dropping to hype fans up for the latest chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This time deciding to highlight the film’s comic relief, the latest Ant-Man TV spot features Michael Peña’s Luis. In the short clip posted above, the fan favorite character can be seen playing third wheel to Paul Rudd‘s Ant-Man and Evangeline Lilly’s Wasp, as he tries to join the duo in saving the world against the villain known as Ghost. The best moment from the clip has Luis telling Hope he wished he has a suit of his own, “Even with like minimal powers. Or maybe even just a suit with no powers.” Unfortunately for Luis, Hope isn’t too keen on the idea.
The events of Ant-Man and the Wasp take place after Captain America: Civil War and before Avengers: Infinity War. Ant-Man and the Wasp also stars Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Tip “T.I.” Harris, Judy Greer, David Dastmalchian, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Laurence Fishburne, Hannah John-Kamen, Randall Park, and Walton Goggins. The film hits theaters on July 6.
