Instagram Officially Launches Stories Music Function
Add a song to a photo/video via a Music Sticker.

Following early rumors, Instagram recently launched a new Stories Music function to its daily sharing feature.
With its Stories feature utilized by 400 million users every day, the social media platform is now looking to offer an added layer of expression to its popular function. Users are now able to browse an extensive library of songs that can be added to a photo or video as a Music Sticker. Songs can be fast-forwarded or rewound to choose the exact portion that fits. Additionally, songs can also be chosen before capturing a video, so that the desired track and part plays in the background during a recording. Viewers of Stories will be able to hear the music and see the song title and artist name as the story plays.
With new music added to its library daily, the latest Music Sticker function is currently available in select countries on iOS, with an Android and global release set for the near future.
In case you missed it, Instagram is now estimated to be worth over $100 billion USD.
