A$AP Mob, XXXTENTACION, Pro Era & More Booked for Steez Day Festival 2017
Paying homage to a fallen great.
The lineup for the star-studded Pro Era-promoted celebration known as Steez Day Festival has been revealed. Put together to honor — and to keep the name of — one of the modern era’s most talented East Coast emcees, the Capital Steez-inspired event is intended to bring together many of the talented rappers responsible for pushing the genre forward and keeping the art form of lyricism and emceeing alive and thriving. Having passed away far too soon and before his prime, Capital Steez and his legacy will continue to make its mark on eternity thanks to shows like this.
For this year’s lineup, the A$AP Mob, XXXTENTACION, Pro Era, Ab-Soul, Jay IDK, Saba, The Underachievers, Jazz Cartier, J.I.D. and special guest performers will perform. The event is set to go down at New York’s PlayStation Theater on July 7 — tickets will go on sale this Friday via the official Pro Era site.
