Young Thug Honored Prince by Becoming Him
Young Thug dressed up as and became Prince for his most recent performance.
After paying a more subtle tribute to Prince in the recent video for his new single “Texas Love,” Young Thug went several steps above and beyond that for his latest Purple One tribute. Last night, Thugger took the stage at New York City’s PlayStation Theater for another spirited performance. This time around, however, he came out dressed up much more flamboyantly than normal. Dressed up like the reincarnated version of Prince and with a Prince backdrop, Young Thug honored the late legend by basically becoming him and emulating him for an entire set.
