Rage Against The Machine & Public Enemy Are Up to Something
#TAKETHEPOWERBACK

Rage Against The Machine made a triumphant return back in 2007, but, unfortunately, have been largely absent from the scene for the past few years. That looks to be changing though as Zack de la Rocha and company have surfaced to launch a cryptic website — one with a little help from none other than Public Enemy. Located at prophetsofrage.com (a nod to the Public Enemy song of the same name), the website plays host to a countdown pointing to June 1 — and since there’s a spot to enter your email address, you can bet all will be revealed via an email blast come that day.
So what exactly is Rage cooking up? Given the “Prophets of Rage” connection and the fact that Chuck D. himself tweeted out a couple of links to Rage’s Finsbury Park performance from 2010, it seems more than likely that RATM will indeed be returning to the stage — perhaps alongside Chuck D, Flavor Flav and company — to #TAKETHEPOWERBACK this summer.
Stay tuned.
