Eminent artist George Condo will soon unveil his first major exhibition in Athens, Greece. Simply titled “George Condo at Cycladic,” the monumental showcase will take place at the historic Museum of Cycladic Art. Curator of the institution, Atalanti Martinou, has selected a wide-ranging series of Condo’s representative works spanning 40 years of drawings, paintings, and sculptures to be on display at the event. Essentially, the exhibit is an exploration of the human form which coincides with the central theme of the museum’s contemporary art program.

“George Condo at Cycladic” will launch to the public on June 8 until October 14. Head over to the Museum of Cycladic Art to learn more and stay tuned for updates. In other art news, Arthur Jafa recently opened his new “Air Above Mountains, Unknown Pleasures” exhibit in New York City.
