'Avengers: Infinity War' Set to Surpass 'Black Panther' in Second Weekend Box-Office Numbers
Wakanda forever?

On track to becoming the quickest movie to break $1 billion USD in sales, Avengers: Infinity War is also set to surpass Black Panther domestically in just its second weekend.
While Black Panther impressively captivated audiences when it released, it looks as though the response for Marvel Studios‘s latest film is now undeniably the biggest we’ve seen. Looking at projections, Avengers: Infinity War is set to approach $112 million USD edging out Black Panther‘s $111.7 million USD second weekend domestic earnings. Though Star Wars: The Force Awakens remains the second weekend top earner recording a staggering $149.2 million USD domestically in 2015, many are noting that it isn’t beyond reason that Marvel‘s team-up film could break the record.
In case you missed it, the Avengers: Infinity War directors recently broke down the Thor and the Guardians of the Galaxy scene.
