ASSID Reveals Graphic-Filled SS18 Lookbook
A new label from three fashion insiders.
London-based label ASSID has revealed the lookbook for its Spring/Summer 2018 collection, with a focus on the graphics used throughout the capsule. Appearing on hoodies and tees, some of the key prints include “Touch the Snake” graphics and an “ASSID Made Me Do It” motif.
Speaking to END. about the brand, the three creative directors explained that they had “been working in the clothing industry our entire careers, working in different areas from art direction to design, marketing through production” before they started the label.
Elsewhere in the interview, the trio explained the humorous influence on the graphics (“Well in this day and age, if you don’t have a sense of humour you might as well take a running jump off a very tall building. It’s only a fuckin t-shirt. It isn’t that serious”) and gave an extensive list of their influences for the brand. Take a look through the lookbook above, and head over to END. to read the full interview.
