Apple's Upgraded iCloud Storage Is Available for Non-Paying Users
For a limited time only.

In an attempt to attract more subscribers, Apple is offering month-long upgraded iCloud storage trials for free. The new scheme allows users who have maxed out their 5GB storage to upgrade to an additional 50GB, 200GB or 2TB with the first month coming for free. Normally, these different levels would cost $0.99 USD, $2.99 USD or $9.99 USD per month respectively.
As with all free Apple trials, the subscription will renew automatically once the free month is over, although users can choose to opt out whenever they want. It is not clear how long the program will be running for, and it appears to only be available to users who are yet to upgrade to the increased storage options.
