As H.Lorenzo prepares its upcoming move to its new West Hollywood home, the storied retailer thought to celebrate A-COLD-WALL*’s forthcoming collection and Phase One – Archive Book launch by devising a special exhibition for Samuel Ross and crew. The unfinished space proved the perfect backdrop for the immersive installation, artistically playing into the lifestyle label’s raw industrial-style charm.
Central to the exhibit’s structure was a 1,800 ft, 1.6-inch thick “Azure Blue”-dyed rope that was weighed down and tied to a plethora of A-COLD-WALL*-branded custom weights — providing a canopy of sorts in which to view the garment collections and signed archive book.
