Virgil Abloh Moves Into Creative Direction Role Sporting a New Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2018 Design
Showing love to his new home.

UPDATE: Virgil says in the comments section that the bag was made by Kim Jones for Spring/Summer 2018 and not his first design for Louis Vuitton.
Thanks to artist Takashi Murakami, we have a first look at Virgil Abloh‘s creative output for Louis Vuitton. Revealed via Murakami’s Instagram, Abloh was seen wearing a leather shoulder bag emblazoned with the Louis Vuitton monogram. Blue accents appear on an adjustable strap, hang tag and front pouch, with the main pocket seemingly hidden by a clasp.
Check out the photos below. Is this the direction you were expecting Abloh to take LV? It does recall the Off-White™ GORE-TEX crossbody bags debuted during Paris Fashion Week earlier this year.
Elsewhere, Abloh‘s collaborative white Nike Air VaporMax have received a potential release date.
