'Hot Summer Nights' Is a Debaucherous Coming-of-Age Story

The first trailer for A24‘s Hot Summer Nights starring Timothée Chalamet has arrived, and it highlights a ’90s coming-of-age story filled with illegal activity, danger, and summer love.
The film is set in Cape Cod during an especially hot summer, as out-of-towner Daniel (Chalamet) begins selling weed with the neighborhood dealer (Alex Roe). Daniel then gets involved with his new partner’s sister (Maika Monroe) as tensions rise alongside the heat in this stylized teenage thriller.
Catch the film in theaters July 27.
