The Nike Air Max 1 Receives a Customizable Makeover
A play on the classic.
With customization and personalization emerging as a new sneaker trend, Nike recently came up with a play on the Air Max 1.
Dubbed the “1-100,” the rework of the classic model features a pure white premium leather upper accented by branded patches around the heel and tongue of the shoe. Held down by matching velcro strips, the design element allows wearers to alter the shoe and make it their own. While tonal laces and a matching Air sole unit round up the design of the upcoming footwear model.
No official release notes just yet, but expect the Air Max 1 “1-100” to release at Nike Sportswear retailers sometime this summer.
