Guillermo Del Toro Has More Animated Projects Coming Soon
DreamWorks has announced an exclusive deal.
After joining the animation studio for Netflix’s TrollHunters in 2016, Guillermo Del Toro has been tapped by DreamWorks for a new multiyear exclusive contract, describing the company’s employees as “some of the most talented people in the business.” Fresh from his two recent Oscar wins, the creative will head to the studio’s California campus to begin working on new projects, with the first collaborative effort due to be announced in the ensuing months. Meanwhile, Del Toro is still working on Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding.
