As an ode to Cristiano Ronaldo’s upbringing, Nike has cooked up a special Air Max 97 incorporating patchwork. The reconstructed upper is inspired by Ronaldo’s mom fixing the holes in his sneakers as a child, as a result of constantly playing on the pitch. Nicknamed “Portugal Patchwork,” you’ll find red on the upper complemented by gold accents throughout.

Nike’s Air VaporMax Plus is continuing its successful run of striking colorways. This time around, the Swoosh adds vibrant color transitions from heel to toe just in time for the spring/summer season. The Air Max Plus upper is fused with the sole unit of the Air VaporMax model to complete the futuristic hybrid.

Nike’s “Art of a Champion” continues with its Air Force 1 High model. This special colorway honors Rasheed Wallace and his 2004 NBA Finals victory with the Detroit Pistons. Against the stacked Los Angeles Lakers, ‘Sheed contributed a stunning performance to help the Pistons hoist up the NBA Championship.

Air Jordan 9 “Melo” (MOP)

The Air Jordan 9 heads back to 2003 to honor Carmelo Anthony‘s short but illustrious time at Syracuse University. The colorway draws inspiration from Anthony’s Most Outstanding Player trophy for winning the NCAA tournament, with metallic gold accents and wood grain texture around its white upper.
adidas Originals KAMANDA

adidas Originals welcomes a new model, dubbed the KAMANDA. Taking design cues from the SAMBA OG, you’ll find its inspiration lies within the Terrace movement of the ’80s and knack for soccer. The silhouette will make its debut in burgundy and black, both of which rest atop gum outsoles.
Air Jordan 1 “Pass the Torch”

Also part of Nike’s “Art of a Champion”collection is the Air Jordan 1 “Pass the Torch.” This iteration sheds light on Kawhi Leonard‘s performance during the 2014 NBA Finals against LeBron James and the Miami Heat. Metallic silver is added to the upper to complement the contrasting black and white. A translucent outsole is incorporated to finish off this commemorative AJ1.
