BBC Goes Katakana with Billionaire Boys Club TOKYO Capsule Collection
Releasing Friday the 13th.
Late last month, Billionaire Boys Club served up an artful run of collectibles inspired by the work of the legendary Takashi Murakami. Following that release, BBC sets its sights on streetwear staples for the new TOKYO capsule collection.
BBC’s TOKYO capsule collection is made up of hoodies and the traditional varieties of t-shirts. Notably, the “HEART AND MIND” graphic motif and the brand’s mission statement of “Wealth is of the heart and mind, not the pocket” are prominently featured among the lineup’s wares.
“The heart and mind mantra is a motto that Billionaire Boys Club has followed since its inception, which highlights the brand’s value of originality and self-fulfillment, rather than the direct financial realities of the brand name,” reads a statement from the label.
You can take a look at the Billionaire Boys Club TOKYO capsule collection above. The clothes themselves will hit the shelves of the brand’s NYC flagship shop and official webstore on Friday, April 13.
Last week, Billionaire Boys Club Japan revealed its Spring/Summer 2018 lineup.
