AAPE+ BY A BATHING APE Reworks Audi R8 for Phoenix Racing Asia
BAPE’s new sublabel upgrades a trio of race cars.
BAPE fans know that the brand operates myriad sub-labels, each with a distinct style. The latest of these is AAPE+ BY A BATHING APE; a line of sporty gear that blends signature BAPE touches like camouflage and Ape Head imagery with a functional bent — think taped-seam polyester jackets and lightweight, water resistant technical hoodies, all featuring AAPE+ logos. To commemorate the new release. AAPE+ reworked a trio of Audi R8s for Phoenix Racing Asia, which sees the trio of race cars elevated with a unique camouflage pattern and AAPE+ branding. Furthering the collaboration, AAPE+ provided exclusive racing gear for the drivers.
