Goku Makes Massive Debut at Paris Saint-Germain Match
The ‘Dragon Ball’ character is a huge fan.
During Paris Saint-Germain‘s highly-anticipated match against rivals Marseille, PSG fans showed their fighting spirit by unveiling a massive Goku banner. As PSG continues its march towards the title — which will mark the club’s seventh French title should they win — the Dragon Ball character seemed appropriate considering there are seven Dragon Balls across the universe. The fans also made six Dragon Balls with years denoting when PSG previously took the French title.
Paris Saint-Germain ended up beating Marseille 3-0 with goals from Mbappé and Cavani and an own goal from Marseille’s Rolando.
In other football-related news, Cristiano Ronaldo became the first player to score 100 goals for a single club in the UEFA Champions League.
